-
In terms of awareness: In the workplace, having no planning skills is equivalent to being uncompetitive. Not only can you not hold important positions, but you may also be unable to complete important tasks due to poor execution. Currently, most colleges and universities have departments specialized in the teaching of "knowledge," but there is a lack of systematic cultivation of "planning skills." The development of planning skills in college students is also a process of learning "integration ability." In addition to participating in various activities both inside and outside the campus, assisting in them, and reflecting on them, it relies on the training of "planning implementation" to refine students into well-rounded planning experts who become the talent that businesses and society need.
-
In terms of skills: Allowing students to transform their "club activity experiences" into their own "planning abilities" through absorption during their school years, and develop professional confidence and achievements through the specialized event planning skills, which align with future workplace employment demands.
-
In terms of emotions: After completing this course, students will be better equipped to execute campus activities, enhance club vitality, attract the attention of peers, and boost the culture of club participation.
